I was never a writer.
I: Halfsleeper
                        I fell in love, once.
A snowstorm melting from my hair - dripping cataract:
diluted coffee. A dark room filled with language
so beautiful, I almost understood what was said.
Children are getting younger, and this land has no end,
where do you rest your head?
All things are in a constant state of vibration,
a harmony in the space between
                        our fingers. our hands.

Imperfections Collide
death is a mineral burr
a sleeping imperfection, trapped
between the reflective electro-deposited shine
and the dull base-material
of a scraping spoon
it's a lingering thought
unreleased, until it rakes the chip
at the bottom of the bowl, with just
the unavoidably impossible combination
of perfect angle and force
at just the right slip and space-time cough,
imperfections collide
through plating and glaze
through bowl and table, tile and topsoil
where spark abandons tissue
and once through this barrier,
an inverted horizon
whispers a tongueless vibration
smolders in the controlled burn
releasing dream from identity
i once told a friend on their way here
that i would hold its upside from down
until its sun could find his face,
i'd hold his place in space
from my safety above, but couldn't
just as he couldn't cool the choke
and tingling burr
of expired breath trapped too long
of desperate bones dug through fingertips
when down and upside converged
death is a breakdown of the plane

I do not know that
I am

I am their humble

This illusory selfdom is

Red deltae on the eyes
Once again
the moth of ashes
has decided to land
with all the silence
of an agonizing lightbulb
under the fogs of my irises
there are new carthographies
in the sclerae
and new tones
that prompt the telephones
to briskly jolt
a doctor´s attention
before
the nightmares
of red seaquakes
above the pupils
that explode the flesh
under the lashes
become a wet reality
that wakes up
the city
with its screams.

Save For Myself
I hear the deep babbling brook
But I don’t recall it;
The black mud sliding
And the howl of the wind;
The lonesome eerie feeling
Accompanied by the slide of
Silver-slithering water down my back …
I long for the darkness and its shadows
But my mind is far away …
Long drifted to a place
Only half-remembered - like the lyrics
Of a long-forgotten childhood song;
And no one can help me now …
Save for myself
